17-alpha OXO Nolone - Toxic?

hey, I was wondering something... I have a bottle of this stuff (17-alpha OXO Nolone) from IronTek and am a little proturbed by the name, which starts out as "17-alpha." Now I am wondering, is this product harmful in the same degree as 17-aa orals, or is the 17-alpha here just in the name?

If I remember right that was Iron Tek's MOHN, which means it's methylated but it's one the more mild orals. Very mild in fact. Wait for someone who knows for sure though, I never used Iron Tek so I'm guessing.
