Giving a snap shot, what was your dieting like, basic consistencies?
Also, I have not seen where you mentioned the amount of bf that you dropped and the amount of LBM that you picked up, or over-all weight?
Here is the silly part... Weight in first pics, 196, weight in last pics 199!
I am currently holding 204-205, I water depleted there.
First 4-5 weeks I did DC. Added tons of weight, got up to 217. Dropped my oral of choice and began pulling calories back while still doing dc. Dropped down to a solid 213 THEN I GOT SICK.
For 2 weeks I could not lift or eat or move from bed - dropped down to 206 then I said F' IT!! I had to cut cause being big was not in the cards so I really just cut for 4-5 weeks so 90% of my results happened over these 405 weeks.
Did 2 weeks of keto, never got into ketosis so I said f it and did ultimate diet 2.0. Shoulder started hurting so I am off of it and doing a traditional split and diet...
So there is the long story, short tips:
Cardio was am, never more than 3 times a week Eviscerate helps if you get your carbs low the night before.
I posted my DNP idea earlier, it really helps and you can be very safe in your dosing.
I generally diet around 2400-2500 cals, I dieted this time closer to 2600-2700 but an cutting back to my normal 2400 now and taking out cardio.
I know my thoughts are all over the place but so is my training and diet.
