If I may ask, why are you cutting? I don't know your body composition, but it sounds like at 6'4"-175 lbs., you may be hindering your growth by cutting/keeping your fat & carbs so low. Then again, I guess it's all about what what you want.
Me personally, I wouldn't drop fat intake below 20-25%, and make the majority monounsaturated and polyunsaturated, and continue to keep the saturated fat low.
Dropping overall fat intake too low is said to lower endogenous testosterone production. Plus many of the "good" fatty acids may help you mentally/cognitively, as well as to burn fat.
