13 Weeks to RPS Rawdawg Nats: Herder's PUUUGHE Comeback

How like smoker to talk about calf size in the PL session.... Shrugs and calf raises are all that matters, right smoker?
I did calf raises a handful of times when I first started going to an actual gym a long time ago . Since then, maybe once. Shrugs, on the other hand are the bees knees for me

Lol I am the king of small calves. Small but strong. Don't need huge ones for what we do.

Bet I got you beat, my forearms flexed are bigger than my calves flexed.

2 things;

1) Awesome bench session, 410 was easy money.

2) didn't realize you trained with

You must have had a deprived childhood, son. How about Fred Rogers?

Don't forget the tennis shoes. He's from Pittsburgh.

Swanson, I'll have to tell my brother what the consensus is for his look. I'm hoping he keeps growing both out and goes full mountain man for the rest of undergrad.

Don't you hate when you take your supps and then burp and taste supplement grossness and watch capsule powder escape from your gullet? I'm just hoping it was the contents of one of my MSM caps and not my Erase Pro or Anabeta Elite.

A famous photographer, obviously.

LOL -- drawing/painting or photography, it's all the same ... to a meathead. And yeah, that dude is pretty famous. He's been on tv painting for years. Wasn't aware he ever was an athlete. According to Wiki, he was in the Air Force, before retiring and starting his public-television series re painting.

Note, he died in 1995 ...

Geez, so you must be sporting 15"+ forearms. That's hyooge for your weight.

Or your calves are really puny. :)

At 205, they were 15" flexed with lil bird wrists, and my calves are puny too.

I have no idea how true this is, but a good friend of mine is an artist and knew of Bob, (not personally but) as a fellow painter. He commented that Ross used oil (not acrylics ie: non lead based) and almost always wet his brush by licking it or putting it on his tongue. Apparently, it could have been a build up over the years, of the lead in the paint, that he was affected by!?!?

So Herd, heard Brown got MVP...! Good for him. He kinda put the kibosh on whether or not, fans would miss Mikey Wallace. Oh well, AB had a damn good year.
I think he was averaging 40 yd returns on punts/KO's not to mention his receptions without another great WR to take some heat off him...!

Damn Herder, threw up 410 like it was nothing! Those bench shirts are a foreign language to me.

<--does calves weekly. Just for the sake of proportion. It's not like calve raises are going to over tax your CNS.

Cincy to the rescue. Thanks bro chacho

If posting from the website, then it would ideally point to your profile picture I believe.

It's the "this guy" of the internet

I love what the Steelers did with Antonio Brown. Mike Wallace comes out saying he wants to be the highest paid wideout, but continues to drop passes while open. Steelers give him the franchise tag or whatever they did. Antonio Brown keeps his head down and mouth shut, Steelers give him a $40M contract. I don't think anyone missed Mike Wallace.

Just saw this video, this is how it's done.

Geared up sumo pulls today. Shooting for 505 to start, then looking to get up over 550. We will see.
