I am. And I'm training about 10lbs lighter than I did the whole meet cycle. This is why I'm questioning whether or not I should cycle for awhile. I always make gains in PCT. But I always respond extremely well to my DS cycles.

I like it Bc there's a whole lot more. The relationships with neighboring countries and their trade, and governmental progressions is awesome.

You have Russian being closed off from Europe, Napoleon, crusades, Anglo French relations, revolutions, interesting political parties, unifying Germany, etc.

I've decided to shirt up for a ballz out ME day. Yeah buddy! Shirt fits a lot tighter in the sleeves than it did when I got it. Also going to try the putting it on inside out trick to get the cuff tighter. Hopefully I'll give you guys a big honkin bench to gawk at here in a few.
 
So it went really well. Shirt fits a lot better tucking the sleeves and weighing in at 240 than it does weighing 212.

Pump was noice. Looked like I gained 10lbs from the posture pump.

Done. Did what I set out to do, bench heavy, then bro out. Might do a bench comp in my sleeves on the 18th, get the 365 monkey off my back. Beltless sumo cube cycle starting tomorrow or next week. I think next week. Tomorrow I'll set my max in gear, then work 95% training max percentages RAWWR. Seriously considering working 95% training max percentages off of 540 for my beltless squats as well. Doesn't seem to be impossible.

Here it is. Like I said, long video. Notice the strength of the beard on my handoff man. The jacked side spotter did his first meet with me. He went 440/350/500, with the latter two looking like warmups. He likes competition bars now. :)

The meet squats were the first ones he did to depth in his life. I had to teach him how to hit depth in the warmup room. He had a few misconceptions coming from BBing style training. His wife did crossfit for maybe a year before we got her to do a meet. Now she has 5 different fed records and he came along for the ride. Iron bug, it's a beautiful thing.

His legs knee down look pretty small in the bench vid. Especially when his upper body is the size it is. All I'm saying.
 
I can see what you're saying about calves, smoker. Mine are also relatively small, like maybe 17", I dunno. Another muscle group I don't have time to train. I just don't wear shorts that cover my knee. Or my tattoo. Or my scrotum.
