Lol. I'm not too cheap for GH, just too poor! And not ready to B&C, I keep making gains in PH cycle PCTs. No reason to take the next step (says the guy who already has).

I haven't been the most faithful adherent of time on+pct= time off, so I can say that I haven't been completely off for very long this year. It's either planning or preloading or on or post. I'm starting to see what you mean.

I just went through a full physical, toxicology testing/drug testing, and blood work for an incident that happend during training. They don't test for AAS unless it's probable cause, but I'm not risking it. They ask me all the time at medical when I ask for acne prescriptions if I'm taking "muscle building supplements traced with testosterone"

I'm like Sean and am on the creatine/anabeta train, although my anabeta train just stopped a week ago. Must have been my 10th run of that stuff, haha. I think I've consistently been hitting it since it was released. And for all you wondering, OG Anabeta > Anabeta Elite. AE is not at all worth the price difference. There must be something about the dosing of OG AB makes it better (I respond to spreading it out throughout the day better than taking multiple caps at once).

Now on the Erase front, Erase Pro blows Erase out the water easily, any day of the week.

I have a ton of OG erase but no erase pro. I don't like the idea of the 1 cap a day as it takes some of the versatility of it away.


Although, everything I've seen recently says I should use EP as EOD dosing and extend the bottle plus make gains for days......
 
I hit up Erase Pro ED. SO dry and vascular. In the future, I'd probably go ED for a week or two and then stretch it to EOD, as my joints seemed to bug me toward the end. Could've been improper technique for all I know. I wish I hadn't been cheap these last few times I've ran Erase, I love OG, but I think EP is worth the extra bucks. I ran OG Anabeta, but it was just ok at the time and under the circumstances. I was using it to try and keep my weight at 240, not realizing it was all water. I'd like to try it again and give it a better chance to succeed.
 
In on the AnaBeta loving. It might make it hard for me to stay in that 165lbs class though. ;) :p

Ah, interesting approach. I like doing cluster sets with the frosted sugar cookies, but I've never thought of doing dynamic/speed work with the cookies.
 
They aren't off limits for me, I don't restrict myself at all.

Sweet tooth right here. It's why I fell off on the whole Carb Nite thing. Though I can send some savory food home with the best of them. One of my favorite tips I learned in the last few years was that satiety is tied to either sweet or savory (I read it from some Sensa propaganda). So after you think you might die from all of the chinese food at the buffet, go up and make yourself a bowl of ice cream, some of those amazing sugary donuts, and some Mountain Dew to top it all off. Boom, 750 calories you never knew you had in you.

That breathing pause was excruciating for that reason. I was trying to stay somewhat close to parallel, but no dice.
