12wk Ipamorelin Cycle Questions

I'm planning to run a 12 week Ipamorelin cycle. I've read a lot of threads, watched a lot of videos, and in conclusion I have found that there is A LOT of different dosing protocols and takes on this. My plan is 12 weeks on, 4 weeks off, then 12 back on. I'm looking to do 400mcg before bed each day 5 days on, 2 days off. From everything I've read, anywhere between 200-500mcg 5 days a week seems to be the sweet spot. Also, there seems to be a lot of differing opinions/takes on if it should be split morning/evening or if you just take it evening before bed.

All that to say, does anyone have experience with Ipamorelin and have input on what I plan to do? All thoughts and suggestions are welcome.
 
Zero need for 5on 2 off unless cost cutting. Bid or twice a day will be superior. 200-250 twice a day imo/ime will work better than once daily, especially at these dosages. When you get into "boom" dosing as it used to be called, ie 1000mcg or even 2mg at night you do get a second pulse due to the dose but with 500mcg or less id rather have the two pulses vs the one.

Appreciate the feedback on that. I was only doing 5 on 2 off because that’s what about every spot I saw showed, I’m good with going 7 though. From your experience, did 200-250 twice a day do much as far as adding a little bit of lean mass? I’m already on TRT and doing coasting fine with where I’m at. Honestly just wanted to add this as somewhat of a cost effective and safer addition to add a few lbs.
 
Lbs gained will always be diet determined. That being said i think you will be happy with it. If the ipam is quality id say its about equivalent to 1.5iu gh, maybe 2iu if you really respond well. Great for fatloss pre fasted cardio, improved overall recovery. Nice mild anti-aging effects aka sleep, hair skin nails.
