12 weeks to diced!

Hey guys,
Just started my cut on the 16th and going for 12 weeks leading up to july 4th. I cut during the same time last year and went from 13% to 8%bf. I'm sitting about 11.5-12% right now and hoping to hit sub 7. Going to cut natty for a month then 2 months of osta, and adding S4 for the final month. Leggo!
 
Beginning of week 2

Workout: shoulders/ biceps

DB military press: 60s x 9, 8, 7
Lateral DB raises: 17.5s x 10, 9, 8
rear delt cable rotations?: 10 x 12, 10, 9
Face pulls: 100 x 11, 10, 8

BB curls: 70 x 10, 8, 8
Incline curls: 30s x 8, 7, 6
Across body curls: 25s x 9, 8, 7 (drop set with 20s til failure)

15 mins SS cardio

Solid workout. Weighed in pretty heavy today which is surprising because I cut calories back by 500 and have been doing cardio. Could be a fluke weigh in though.
 
Workout: Back/ rear delts

rotator cuff work

Assisted pull ups: BW-60lbs x 12, 10, 8
DB rows: 60 x 8, 7, 7
DB pullovers?: 50 x 10, 10, 9
rear delt cable rotations?: 10 x 12, 10, 10
reverse DB flys: 15s x 10, 9, 8

Prolly should have used 12.5s for the reverse flys, was having trouble holding them at the top of the lift. No time for cardio today.
 
Workout: legs

Squats: 225 x 10, 9, 8

Leg press: 405 x 10, 9, 8

Extensions: 130 x 10, 10, 9, 7 (drop set with 85 til failure)

Leg curls: 110 x 10, 9, 8

Pretty mediocre workout. Was sweating like a damn pig today. That EC stack has me feelin exhausted at the end of my routine.
 
Workout: Chest/ Tris

Bench: 185 x 7, 6, 5 135 x 11, 9, 8

Decline: 155 x 9, 8, 7

Machine Flys: 130 x 8, 7 115 x 9, 7

Overhead rope tricep extensions: 100 x 12, 10, 9 cable kickbacks: 20 x 10, 9, 8

SS cardio: 15 minutes

Crappy first sets with 185, but I had a stupid pump after benching 135. Felt SWOLL. I feel like my tris go out before my chest, kinda frustrating. Tried to dig deep tho.
