I used this on a cut, I had lost 14lbs before starting 11kt spray and muscles were flat. after I started 11kt spray muscles were much fuller and pumped looking. it smells great and goes on easily, and it dries very fast. I noticed no irritation where I applied it. mood was fantastic, and even noticed a nice burst of energy. after using 1 bottle I had dropped another 11lbs for a total of 25lbs and 2 pants sizes in 2 months. I did lose some strength, but not as much as I would have expected for such a dramatic weight loss.
not only do I recommend 11kt spray, I will be using again!!!

I used this for a semi-cut. as I wasn't a major restriction for cal's and still lost 5 lbs. Working out at a moderate pace (no cardio) 11 helped to produce a lot of sweat. Very good endurance and as I was changing the intake of what I was eating (down a bit on carbs) energy level was still great. Strength wise, only down to 85% which is very good.
Even with all the sweating, the product DOES NOT stain your clothes.
smell wise- 4/5 its a musk scent, not over powering but still pleasant
drying time 5/5- dries within seconds
ease of use 5/5 - no clogs or spills
price- 5/5- for a moderate diet and still lost wgt, cant beat it
No headaches or any issues using this product at all. Def will use this again
