11-oxo safe for women?

Does anyone know where I can find info on that? My friend wants to drop a little fat. She wanted to go to the Doc and get a prescription drug that's addictive. I thought 11-oxo might be a better route

11-oxo is really not that great of a cutter, I would just go with a non hormonal cortisol blocker
