11-oxo pct?

I've been looking into an anti-cort for my cut because i have a problem with cortisol. I don't want to take anything that will require a PCT and i've been looking into 11-oxo and can't figure out if it needs one. anyone have any input?
 
EDIT: too early, misread.

I'd go with something like X-Lean by IBE. 11-OXO is hormonal and while it's not that harsh, it may require PCT depending on how long you do it.
