11 oxo cycle and PCT.

Thinking of running 11 oxo 350 for 8 weeks, PCT Triazole and Lean Xtreme. This is for a cut. Bump the 11 oxo or should i run it higher and shorter?
 
I am about do do 450 for 4 wks then 600 for 2 wks. I think 350 at 8 weeks won't yield results from all the research i have done. It seems like at least 450 should be used. Some people even think less than 600 is a total waste.

Someone with more knowledge should probably answer. It seems something like Torem or Nolva isn't needed unless you are running very high amounts like 700 or 800 plus for over 4 wks, but I am no expert.
 
so i found quite an interesting quote from PA about a PCT... specifically after a cycle of 11-oxo:

i never understood why people thought aromatase inhibitors were not enough and that serms were so much more potent. there is no evidence for this really

besides, 6-oxo extreme consists of both a SERM (resveratrol) and an AI (6-oxo)

oh, i get it. its a supplement so it has to be weak and ineffective. forgot that, sorry
