11 keto and some hairloss

hello guys.im in 11 day of 11 keto(900 mg) and im noticing some hairs falling out.im sure its not in my mind.isnt it a little early for my hair to start fallin out..?
from the 1 day of cycle i started using nizoral 2%,has anyone noticed any hair loss on nizoral..?im usin it 2-3 times per week.
