I honestly don't have a link or anything for the "fat" question, it is something that I've heard repeated many times on the boards though. The way I look at it is that if you're looking to put on mass, adding some fat calories when you take your PH can't hurt, and if there's a chance it will help then go for it. I'm starting a cut next week with H-drol, so I won't be eating any extra fat, but I do plan on taking dhb with it (trisorbagen). I think that my liver over-produces those enzymes, so it will be interesting to see if the results are noticeably different.
