Looking to cut bf in 10 weeks, current weight is 186lbs, been lifting for over a year now,5 days a week 3 of those days ill do 15 min on the stair stepper and that's about it for cardio...I need to get my diet in check so another words I need a little help with what foods to cut out of my diet to loose bf..I take a multi, fish oil and protein
