10 days from PCT, Got Nolva Now what?

He just wondering dosing for nolva. I'm doin a 21 day cycle of microdrol I have a AX PCT as well as an AI and generic Nolva. Any idea how to set up this SERM based pct as far as dosing? I have heard nolva can be hard on the liver so I wanna take it as light as possible seeing as I will have just finished a 21 day cycle of a methyl.

20/20/10/10 is pretty light.

Maybe someone else can shed light on how to measure it out. I'm not sure what the cc/mg ratio is anyone???
