1 Week 3AD cycle

I just found a bottle of 3AD I had laying around that has 26 caps in it, enough for about 1 week if dosed at 4 caps a day. Worth taking alone? Thoughts? Suggestions?

Also just found 12 caps of 11OXO (similar to 3AD if I recall correctly) and 33 caps of Epistane.

Not sure why I have so many unfinished bottles laying around..

Anyhow, thoughts?
