1 test powder in transport matrix

i have 15 grams of 1-test powder. I read that the max amount you can put in transport matrix is 12 grams so if i put it 7 1/2 grams in a 8oz bottle of transport matrix then how many sprays would equal about 400-500 mgs? thanks in advance
 
8 ounces = ~240 mL and the Dermabolics Bottle will give you 300 sprays
7.5 g in 8 ounces will give you 25 mg/spray.
 
I personally dont trust the sprayer, when it isn't clogged up anyway. Just use an oral syringe. I use 13 grams per 8oz for roughly 50 mg per ml. Don't like bathing in the stuff.
 
thanks guys... how about if i put 7.5 grams in a 4oz bottle. how much per spray ....my bad im not good at math lol
 
62.5 mg per ml. 50 mg per spray (in theory) still dont trust the pump. :)
 
Keep in mind that the transport matrix you are refering to is near or at its saturation point at 50mg/ml. Just because you can get it into solution does not mean you can get it transported into and through the dermis effectively.

BTW for your math purposes take the total grams divide it by the volume of transport (4oz=120ml, 8oz=240ml).

We often forget to include the powder volume as well. IOW 62.5 is not exactly accurate. A rough calculation of 1g of powder equals 1ml of volume puts that calculation result a bit different:

7.5g(7.5ml)+120ml=127.5ml total volume

7.5g/127.5ml=58.82g/ml

It is a miniscule difference in calculation, and when absorption is considered, very insignificant, but more accurate a calculation.

I read your transdermal Nordiol thread.

I still use the old Avant Gel bottle. I transfer the Dermabolics into the bottle and calculate based on .67 ml per pump. Much better than the sprayer.
 
No kidding. That seems like so many moons ago.

I've moved over to using oral syringes and empty sesamin bottles w/adapters. I must still have a dozen of those old 8oz bottles laying around.
