what do you think? 8oz avant ph gel (think i'll make homebrew next time) 12 grams 1-test base, 18 grams 4ad. have 20 grams of nor 4ad, though i was going to experiment with it later? the stuff puts a pretty noticeable limpness on me. doing 4- 5 kcals/day. shooting for approx 360 protein, on a 40/50/10 plan. train tues,wed,thur,sat,sun. twice daily in 30-60 min seesions. use homebrew nor-ad nasal as pre-train booster.
