First strength workout, went well today, i kept a few reps in the hole.

Im feeling lethargic allot, and i'm still having trouble sleeping.
 
Energy Levels havn't been to consistant. It's not bad though, I just get tired after i eat.

Feeling nice in the gym, good endurance. M5AA is the **** i can feel it when it hits me, and i can feel the extra push it gives during my workout.

Weighed 207 tonight. Probaby lost some water, lets see how much real muscle i gained.
 
The t3 and clen got my heart pounding. I can barley sit still, i dont mind to much though.

I'll do my body comp tomarow see whats going on. I've been eating shitty the past 2 days, and probably will have at least 1 meal messed up tomarow.

I haven't had much computer access im home from school and my computer at home is full of viruses.

My weight it 202. My strength is going up 5-10lb on every lift everyweek.

Diet wise im doing ok, i was eating allot of shitty foods up until xmas.

Im back at school so i have computer access.

Strength gains continued throughout.

I actually just had my last injection, a week and a half in advance, but im out so im out. Ill probably extend my cycle out for 2.5 more weeks for the cyps to clear and ill run some mdht and my m4ohn till that runs out.

I have my clomid and nolva i was just trying to figure out what my pct diet should be like, considering these last couple weeks my diet has been sort of low calorie.

I'll have my current body comp up tonite.
 
Just did my first body comp in like 2 weeks. Came up pretty good. Considering i was eating anything and everything for my 3 weeks home for the holidays.

Well, after 11 weeks the cycle is over. Clomid and nolva start tomarow.

The Cycle went well, workouts were good throughout, but my diet was inconsistant.
Im still happy with my results.

PCT started today. my goal is to retain 10lb of muscle in the next 4 weeks. After that i will start worrying about geting rid of the fat.

Next cycle 1 test, sledge test, mdht, superdrol for a cutter.
