1-T Tren Log!!

Start Date: 8/3/09
Stats: 5'9, 187lbs
around 12-13% body fat

I will be doing a lean bulk the next 10weeks with the help of 1-T Tren.
5 pumps/day after a morning shower

Current routine will look somewhat like this:
Monday: Chest/Tri (1 hour intense cardio)
Tuesday: Legs (30 min intense cardio)
Wednesday: Back/Shoulders (1 hour intense cardio)
Thurday: Chest/Bi (30 min intense cardio)
Friday: Legs
Saturday: OFF
Sunday: OFF

I will keep my diet clean
high protien/low carb

I will be using the Testosterone Revovery Stack from Primordial Performance for my pct

ANY SUGGESTIONS ARE WELCOME
 
Day 1

Applied 1-T Tren after i got out of the shower
the smell was pretty neutral, it didn't bother me
slight warming/tingling sensation for around 5mins after you apply it
5 pumps goes a long ways!!

Breakfast: 2 egg whites
(gotta keep it small because i run right after)
Snack: Whey Protein Shake w/water and some chicken
Luch: Turkey sandwich
Dinner: 8oz. Steak
Snack: Whey Protien Shake w/water

Workout was great,
Flat Bench: 8,6,4,3
Incline: 10,10,10
Decline Dumbell: 8,8,8
Flys: 10,10,10

Skull Crushers: 10,8,6
Dips: 20,20
Close Grip Bench: 10,10,10

1 hour HITT cardio
 
Day 2

Applied the 1-T Tren a little too thick on my chest, some of it started peeling away when it was drying
Remember to exfoliate well in the shower and dry off hard so you can get rid of all the dead skin!
Along with using hot water to open up the pores
I noticed it dries in ten minutes, BUT leaves you with a slightly oily film for about 30mins after that.
NO swimming, bathing, or tanning within 6hours after application

Leg day was today!!
Cardio in the morning
4 100's
4 40's
4 60's
walk back with no rest

Squats: 5,5,5
Cleans: 5,5,5
Straight Legs: 10,10,10
Lunges
AB work after

Diet was similar to day 1
 
Day 3

Applied 5 pumps in the morining
not feeling any effect yet

Today was back/shoulders day!
Lat Pulldown (wide) 8,8,8
Lat Pulldown (narrow) 8,8,8
Seated Pulley (wide) 8,8,8
Seated Pulley (narrow) 8,8,8
Bent Over Rows 10,10,10

Military 8,8,8
Lateral Raises 10,10,10,
Bent Over Lateral Raises 10,10,10

Diet was clean!!
Cardio tonight

I forgot to add that i take Controlled Labs Green Pre WO

Your profile info says you registered at AM in February and your weight was 178 (I assume the last time you updated this was when you registered). You're up 9lb since then. Was that fat? Muscle? You're already on pace to pack on 18lb in a year so I'm curious to know what's been going on.

Few suggestions to help improve the log -

1 - Edit your first post to say 8/3 is the start date :)

2 - Please share your previous cycle experience. Really helps people following along to know what kind of gear you've run before this cycle.

3 - What other supps, if any, will you be taking while on cycle?

Yes my weight is up since then. Mostly water weight because that was during wrestling season and I dehydrated myself
I take Whey Protien and Green Mag pre workout
i've taken a ton of natty test boosters in the past but this is my first PH
 
im along for your ride please keep the log up man im very intrested in doing the excact same cycle myself :) in a couple of months so look forward to your results and post cycle results. :) good luck my man.
 
Day 5

Friday was legs day
Lifted hard, but when i came home i discovered a lump in my groin area
pretty sure i have an inaugural hernia, i'm going to take the weekend off 1-T Tren and visit the doctor Monday
If it isn't anything serious i'll be back in the weight room Monday

GOOD NEWS!!
turns out it wasn't a hernia
i had a swollen glande probably from being sick a coulpe weeks ago
starting back at 5 pumps/day tomorrow morning :head:
 
Day 11

Lifted lower body today
good lifts
heavy squats, cleans, lunges, and machine work

increased acne means my test levels are up!!
started using a blow dryer after applying it cuts the drying time in half
will update again monday!
