Just apply once daily after a shower. From the feedback I have seen 6 pumps seems to be the best for people.

I would apply it all in one dose after you've exfoliated your skin from a shower. The formula itself is time released, so it allows for a stable serum hormone concentration present in your blood stream.

As far as dosing goes: unless you're 250 +lbs, there really is no need to go above 5 pumps/day. Make sure you are concentrating your dosing on your upper chest, upper back, and shoulder areas. These application sites offer a higher amount of steroidogenic enzymes present in the skin which are needed for target hormone conversion.
