Lol damn. Can I have your doctor please?
So... Does anyone have a recommendation for the best form of zinc? I've read a lot of people say positive things about orotate, but I haven't found any studies that reflect this supposed better bioavailability. I found one document that seems to indicate that citrate is the preferable form, and seen a study done in the 80s that wasn't a positive review of orotate. There seems to be a lot of conflicting information on this...
I ended up going with Mercola's Zinc complex. I liked that he doesn't use magnesium stearate as a filler and it seems like a blend of different forms of zinc was a better way to go. I've always been fond of his supplements - I just think he overcharges for them but this one wasn't bad somewhere around 10 bucks.
Alright another update is in order here.
Test has been going great and I have upped my dose to 800mg/week. Doc has me on that and 40mg of anavar/day, 1mg arimidex/day and 500iu hcg 3 times per week. I am going to be adding HGH to this beginning at 2iu per day and slowly ramp this up to 5iu/day if I can handle it.
The last time I ran growth I had some serious lethargy and often got very sleepy. This absolutely cannot happen while I am in school so hopefully I won't have issues with that.
I am also planning on buying some igf-1 lr3 for post workout - I suppose i'll run that at 30mcg bilaterally. I have a new fish oil supplement that I will be taking to get more DHA. I will start at 5g/day DHA and will ramp this up to 10g/day. I have also been toying around with different cognitive enhancing formulas - various versions of choline, racetams, and noopept. I have some artichoke extract, coleus forskohlii, longjack extract, and horny goat weed that i'll be throwing into the mix from bulk powders that I've capped. Also have beta-alanine, taurine, a kilogram of Acetyl-L-Carnitine, L-arginine, L-theanine, Citrulline Malate, and BCAAs in bulk powder form that i'll be tinkering with both throughout the day and pre-workout to really kick up workout intensity and nutrient repartitioning. I also recently got my hands on some HMG that I will try out.
Main goal here is to get as lean as I possibly can, combat fatigue, and increase cognitive function and memory enhancement as I am in some really tough courses this semester. My goal is to maintain below 8% body fat by the summer and make sure I don't suffer the normal cognitive decline I experience when I'm in a caloric deficit. Last semester I got really burned out in the final 3 weeks from stress and I'm hoping this combination will curtail that.
Will definitely keep you guys posted - This will be fun.
I imagine my rbc count is through the roof on this much test - it was high when I had my last round of bloods and they recommended giving blood. I am scheduled to do a double red cell donation next weekend so hopefully that will level that off a bit. I'm gonna check my hemoglobin shortly after and if it's still high i will probably do another one a few weeks later.
I do realize that this is very unorthodox. Unfortunately, I have to protect this and cannot disclose his name. It took a personal referral from someone of a very high caliber to get this treatment.
I will say the first time I got my scripts - I felt like I hit the lotto lol. I'm able to speak candidly about my previous PED use and the conversation is very open and productive. I couldn't be happier.
The tentative plan I think is to blast and cruise through the remainder of college and possibly grad school and or med school. I have been keeping an eye on the development of enclomiphene and I think I may find myself utilizing it when I am ready to come off - without any 19-nor compounds in my system this time!
Another update - gh is going very well. I have slowly ramped up to 4iu per day and have been steady at this dose for about 2 weeks now. this week I increased my dose on var up to 60mg/day. test cyp still at 800/week. I have included t4 at 100mcg/day and am still using the same pre-workout as above but have added caffeine and am experimenting with different forms and combinations of choline and racetams. gh is split into two 2iu shots one in the morning when I wake up and 1 at lunch/early afternoon.
I like the split injection method a lot better. 3iu all at once gave me some cramps in my hands and forearms that were quite annoying but this has lessened that nicely. Cals are at roughly 2700-2900 (500-1000 below maintenance) depending on my schedule and I am doing a form of cyclical ketogenic diet with carbs low throughout the week and higher carbs on sunday.
gh seems to be obliterating visceral abdominal fat but not having as much an effect as I would like on midsection subcutaneous fat but I still have at least another 2.5 months to go at my current dose.. I think I'll stick to 4iu/day for at least a month and a half before I go up any further - mostly due to cost reasons. I don't know If i see myself going above 5iu per day but we'll see. Overall i'm quite happy with this regimen.
Cheers.
