First off this is my very first prohormone cycle and want to be as precise as possible before I take this. So far I plan on taking 220 mgs a day 1 pill in the morning and 1 at night 6-8 hours apart. My on cycle support is blockade which I will be taking with my prohormone (6 pills a day 3 in morning and 3 at night). I have primeval labs mega pct and 2 bottles of liquid nolvadex that I will run 40/40/20/20. Is this an effective plan? Thank you guys for your time and support

Might cause lethargy without a test base dermacrine / sup3r dhea/ or 4 Andro might be worth adding. But really need more facts your stats workout history and length of cycle ect.... don't be afraid to ask questions lots of knowledgeable people here

I've been working out seriously about 3 years now I'm 21 years old weigh 173 5"10. Bench: 300 deadlift: 475 squat: 370. Cycle will be 4 weeks

21 years old is too young imo I can't advise to take anything other than natty supplements

But any test base as I listed before would help trans dermal dermacrine from bps is really good!

This. Although you can do it at 21 I would highly advise staying natural. At 5'10 173 you still have a good amount of natural potential. What Are your macros and caloric intake like? What natural supps have you tried?

I appreciate the advice guys. I would say I eat pretty clean. I'd say about 4,000 calories a day. I supplement with whey, creatine, bccas and beta.

Good amount of calories. Has your gaining stalled? Have you switched up training recently?

Look up phat training wait till you hit your plateau before adding hormonal supps

Bench has been the same for a while deadlift max ever was 500 couldn't get it passed that but after an injury a while back had to switch to sumo so I managed to get it up back to 475

I've tried throwing in some assisted work now assigned from the three main lifts so I'm going to see how that works atm

Anabeta/ xgels/ epicatechen/ loaxogenin might be good alternatives for a while, all natty no pct required!

really?

you're pulling close to 3 times your bodyweight?
I've seen it, I was pulling 365 for reps when I weighed 155lbs in high school. I had buddies on the team pulling 405 weighing 165. This was back when all I cared about were numbers and wrestling.... god what I could have been pulling if I wasn't starving myself 3x a week to maintain weight.

Overall cycle looks good but it's way too short. 1-andro doesn't kick in till week 3 or 4 If i recall correctly. I'd grab some clomid as well cause it does a much better job restarting your HTPA than nolva does. Makes for a much easier PCT in my opinion.
