1-Andro for a runner?

I've been getting into running over the last year and really enjoying it. I like 10K's and 15K's, that's about my limit. My conditioning is pretty solid as far as my breathing goes but I'd love to make some improvements in my lower body / leg strength. I've been weight training for a number of years so I have a routine under my belt, my diet and b/f is under control as well. Would a PH such as 1-Andro hurt my running in any way? I know I could get strength gains from a cycle but I don't want to jeopardize my breathing/conditioning. Just looking for input on the subject. Thanks!

1 Andro shouldn't hurt your breathing, but if its run without a test base, it will cause
some lethargy to set in usually around the 4 to 6 week mark. Which will make you
more tired.

Thanks - I do have a few bottles of Dermacrine on hand so that could take care of the lethargy. I'd try to go with the lowest effective dose of 1-Abdro as well to avoid those sides, I don't feel the need to go 300-600mg / day of the stuff.

1-andro should be run at least 300 to 400mg per day.

Dermacrine should help out for sure ;)

300 is probably the lowest effective dose IMO. I mean sure, 50mg will boost your overall levels of 1-testosterone, but that's like taking 1 sip of coffee for the benefits of caffeine. It just doesn't cut it.

1-andro can negatively affect your cholesterol and lipid profile, and I have zero clue how that will impact long bouts of cardio sessions, but it's worth considering.
