1-Andro first time cycle question

I have two bottle of AMS 1-andro RDE and was wondering how to handle my dosage.
Would the first 3 weeks at 3 tabs a day and last 2 weeks at 4 tabs a day be most effective?
Or should i run 3 tabs for 6 weeks ?

height: 5' 10"
Bodyfat%= 6-7%
 
I would start at 3 and see how you feel before you bump it to 4. The prop blend makes it difficult to determine how much 1-andro you're getting but the added absorption complex will help substantially. Only suggestion is to add in 4-andro to help combat lethargy (1-andro is well known for this) make sure you have pct etc lined up too.

Solid advice here. I ran 2 bottles as well, and started with 3 tabs. I was seeing a ton of results so bumped to 4. It improved, and went to 5. That's where I saw the best results, but I'm also 200 pounds. I think if you need to bump 4 would be where you should top out. That 40 pounds can make a difference. And you'll need a test base. Lethargy kicked my butt pretty good with 1-Andro.
 
Thanks for the advice Mountainman33! Quick question, how do you take these orals? The directions say to hold in your mouth for 30 seconds before swallowing, but i've read else where that it takes much longer and some say to hold under the tongue. Thoughts and or recommendations?

It does take longer. I would let them sit for a minute then chew them to help with absorption.
 
MM33... very interesting about the 5 Tabs. My last run was 4. May have to try 5 next time. So you saw measurable improvement? Got a ballpark guesstimate on the increases on the big compound lifts?

OP: Spread them evenly throughout the day. 3 Tabs I did 7AM, 3PM, 11PM. I keep them under my tongue until they vanish (~10 min), then swish everything around until I can't stand it - I want my money's worth :) (probably unnecessary, LOL).

I can't say significant because I was purely after size and didn't go for strength at all but I'd say maybe 4 - 5% increase? I did get 12 lbs. of LBM though which I was happy.
 
Hey MM33, i'm looking for the same results you had with few changes in strength and 100% focus on LBM for this cycle. I generally train going as heavy as possible with rep ranges of 4-10. Should I ramp up the intensity for this cycle and use moderate weight with more reps? What do you recommend, and what kind of training did you do during this cycle? Thanks a lot, I appreciate all the advice.
