1-Andro: Double dosage on label?

Hey I was looking at some 1-andro products that had 65mg per pill, at up to 4 a day. However, from what I read you need a dose about 400-600 for real effectiveness. Is this the case? If so, should you actually take about 2x what is listed on a product with 65mg per pil?

It'd start at the rec. dosage .... ramp up from there weekly if need be. It IS a mild compound but will put on some nice mass...

It depends on whether or not the caps have any absorption enhancers or not. If it's just 1-andro you will probably need 400-600 to see some good gains

The stuff I ordered had 15mg 6,7,-dihydroxybergamottin per pill, which it says is for absorption. What would be the sweet spot for 1-andro that has that ingredient with it?

This is my second cycle. I took 1-andro and havoc about a year and a half ago, so I would be ok with a somewhat strong dose I believe.

Well if you haven't already bought that specific 1-andro, I would suggest super Mandro. It has 110mg 1-andro and 50 or 75mg bergamottin per pill. It would be your best bang for your buck.
And I would say start with 300mg and go from there.
I'm doing a cycle with Mandro right now. Yesterday was my end of 3weeks and I'm a little over 6lbs.

Transdermal should be about half that (at least twice as effective).

I know of two MR Supps T-Base (dhea and 1-andro) and Alpha Gainz 1-Andro TD. I think TGB has the 1-andro TD for like $33 right now.

Alpha Gainz uses Iron Legion Salvo for their carrier...my favorite TD carrier

I also suggest starting with the minimum dosage first then ramp up. I'm currently logging one and take the recommended dosage of 250 mg total a day. We at PHW Supplements have multiple 1andro products at great prices.
