It has been discontinued by FINAFLEX, but there are some retailers that still have some in stock.
 
yeah I believe there are still a few companies who will still make it until its officially added to the list of banned items

They haven't been listed, but that doesn't make them exempt. There is speculation that more compounds will be added to the list.
 
specifically 5-DHEA or (regular) DHEA is not subject to the new law.. however the ones with any action are considered fair game.
regular DHEA is pretty much benign, in that it really doesn't convert into any thing appreciable, therefore they will leave it alone because its widely accepted for use in the anti aging industry.

these others DHEAs are specifically modified in a lab and fall into the designer class. also you will note these are specifically tailored to anabolism/muscle growth. they likely have no other legitimate use, thus making them fully susceptible to the new law.
