Just ordered myself some goodies: My first PH cycle-
Going to run 6 weeks of 1-Alpha then 6 weeks PCT
1-Alpha:
2 Caps/day x 21 days then 3 caps/day x 26 days. (2 Bottles)
So, first question is when I start with 3 caps, will it be 1 with first meal then 2 with last meal or vice-versa? I follow Lean Gains approach diet so 3 meals/day, first meal 1pm last meal 9pm. Also, should I avoid taking any other supps (multi, fish oil, organ shield) with 1-Alpha?

DAA (D-Pol) for 6 weeks
Recycle 50 days (2 bottles)
Second question is, 4 weeks on PCT black should be enough and should it taken on an empty stomach?
