Why would you take 1AD, when there are far better compounds out there.
Good question, i've been consistently working out for around 2 years now, using straight protein, creatine, and diet. About 8 weeks ago I finally got the nerve to give PH a try. In 4 weeks with 300MG/ED 1-AD I was able to gain around 9 pounds of solid mass. This seemed to be pretty good to me so I thought, why mess w/ success.
I've seen the uproar the Methyl-Test compounds are getting, and I'm not sure i want to put my liver up to the stress of dealing with a methyl compound, even for a short (2week) cycle.
But, I'm always open to other's ideas. What would you reccommend?
