1-AD And 4-HT CYPIONATE,QUESTION

Hi
I just bought 4-HT cypionate from VPX and a tub of 1-AD from Underground Labs.
My question is, can u stack them together and make a 3weeks cycle, and how should I take the 4-HT, once a day or twice a week?
