1/4 Andro First Cycle

I plan on taking SUPER 1 ELITE and SUPER 4 ELITE for 45 days. On cycle ill be using Blockade by Assault Labs. PCT I plan on using Nolvadex and Arimidex. Is there anything else I should add to my on cycle support or PCT? How long after my cycle do I start my PCT and at what dosages?
 
Hey bro, cycle length is a touch low for those compounds - ideally you want 8 weeks as the andros take 3-4 to really kick in.

What doses you running? On cycle I’d personally have some taurine around (just finished a 1/4/epiandro cycle and did get back pumps - was glad of the taurine) but other than that your set (my sides were minimal).

For pct nolva at 20/20/10/10 would see you right.

Personally I’d drop the armidex and get a pharma grade AI (e.g exem) on hand to be used only if you do get a gyno flare up.

Could also add:
- a natty test booster like m test or alphamax
- reduce xt (for cortisol) week 3 of pct
- x gels
 
Okay I'll try to run it for 8 weeks then. There's no harm in taking the Arimidex just to be sure right?
 
No need to take it unless you get signs of gyno. Which shouldn't be an issue with these compounds. I ran Sup3r 1 / Sup3r Epi / Sup3r DHEA for 8 weeks last year and enjoyed it.
 
PCT wills start the day after you finish your andro run. You could always add on cel cycle assist if you want on cycle support. Also check out the supplement logs section on here if you want to see how other people have ran 1/4 andro.

Arimidex is a pharma grade AI
 
Exem or Arimadex on cycle for gyno flare ups. Didn't have any gyno flare ups when i ran my 1/4 Andro cycle from Olympus. You should be fine, just keep in on hand just in case though. Since everyone reacts differently. enjoy the cycle dude.
 
Arimidex 0.5 or 0.25 EOD would be a good start. No need to completely crush your estrogen because that could be bad.

I agree with this; I think it’s a better idea to use it when symptoms come instead of preventively.

Good info in here. I may go 8 weeks versus 6 weeks though. Blockade isn't bad, but I would go with Life Support or Cycle Assist if possible. Your PCT is fine, Nolva at 20/20/10/10 and Arimidex if needed. You can use an all in one anabolic such as AlphaMax XT. This will help with libido, testosterone, and control cortisol. AlphaMax XT will have you will get a full dosed AI, Ashwagandha can also help reduce cortisol y reducing stress/anxiety. It also provides an increase in body comp. It helps maintain lean mass and increase fat loss. F95 increase cAMP levels and also does the same thing regarding body composition. You also have several ingredients that will aid in boosting testosterone. It beats buying an AI, testbooster, something for libido, etc. It is a nice, all in one solution when combined with a SERM.
 
What do the guys who have ran 1 Andro think of it stacked with Test e at 400-500mg weekly? Too weak or worthy addition?

Any input from anyone with experience with this or similar greatly appreciated.
