1/4 andro 4 week cycle need advice please

I understand that a 6-8 week cycle is prefered as it the andros kick in the 3rd-4th week for some. this is my 1st cycle, im 140lbs, 5'3 lol. 27 years old.

I have 1 container of the Primeval labs 1&4 andros each. these contain 100mg each
As well as 1 containers of the Ironmaglabs 1 and 4 super andro rx each, which contain 50mg each.
I have 30 caps of 25mg proviron (e control if needed)
PCT have nolva 20/20/10/10 and Primeval labs pct. - Can these be stacked together during pct?

I regret not researching and getting the primeval labs instead which would have been more cost effective.

Now I plan to do 4 week cycle, as summer is on the way and I am not away for my hometown so I have to plan PCT on time before my flight.

How would you guys go about this cycle if I want 4 weeks, im thinking dose the primeval labs 1/4 andro at 300mg per day for 2 weeks then add the IML on the 3rd and 4th week.

I have no A.I and paranoid of gyno, can i incorporate nolva/clomid during cycle or is proviron enough

Want a summary of how should I go about a 4 week cycle with the products above, and if my pct is fine with the primeval labs with it, and if i can incorporate nolva/clomid during cycle to prevent gyno unless proviron is enough.
 
John Meadows runs SERMs during cycle, on the advice of Dr. Serrano - but it's definitely not common. You want to try to get at least 330mg of 1-Andro, as that is what we have good data on re: the West Texas A&M study. 300mg may be close enough. They saw gains in 30 days, but obviously 60 is better - but you have what you have. You should have Aromasin or Arimidex on hand just in case - period. But the only Estrogen worry would be from the 4-AD (which you should only use enough of to mitigate any sides from the 1-Andro - I found 200mg to work fine) - and 4-AD isn't going to convert *that* much - then again, maybe you're a high aromatizer? See: Aromasin/Arimidex. The Proviron (Mesterolone, a derivative of DHT) will also impart some "AI like" activity. Taking an OTC "PCT" along with the Nolvadex may be redundant, but it won't hurt.
 
Do i just run the aromasin/armidex throughout the cycle say 2x a week or EOD. Or only when the gyno symptoms occur. Which one would be the viable choice.

What are the dosages for either one?
 
I have ran 1 andro twice now and would not run it less than 6-8 weeks. At the 4 week mark the gains are minimal and not worth the shut down
