1,3 withdrawl

Any1 felt super sleepy after using this for a while, almost like you can sleep the whole day?!

Seem extra lethargic...

never bothered me (never over used it, just the rec dose of the supps that it was in) but then again i rarely get any kind of stim crash or withdrawls so i may be a bad person to answer.


how long were you using it for? and was it at a normal dose?

Off and on only on w/o days, but I've taken weeks off...
I've also combined with nitrates b4 and I heard they make ppl sleepy as well...

I used to always crash after using it. I'm glad I got off stims for the most part, 1,3 dimeth was solid though for energy in the short term.

Now I only use stims when cutting, clen or ECA. And a cap of caffeine preworkout when fasted.

It feels like I'm drowsy for days

I'm a little drowsy when I get back from the gym in ease I dose it, but those are also days when I really work my ass off so whose to say which is really causing it.

Sounds like adrenal fatigue. Buy some revamp that'll help the problem.

I feel the same way. For the last couple of weeks I get home from the gym and crash....and my workouts have been suffering as well.
