    How many calories does 1 pound of muscle burn at rest? Ive heard alot of different numbers and would like to know the exact number. Also does more muscle mean a higher metabolism? Say if i put on 20 kgs of muscle, would my metabolism go through the roof or will changes be minimal?

    Auckland and i dont have a rehab plan, rehab for me includes no impact or weight bearing on the toes (stress fracture of middle toe) which means no sport no running and avoiding walking, which means im not buring many calories cuz im so inactive.
