    again, IMHO the info that you are getting seems to be dated..... MR himself posted the times of constituted powder..... even at room temp, it can be stored for a year. I think it would be hard to lose potency, which is why I think the sticky advocates buying powder...

I dont want to monitor myself for 4 hours.... and from what I can gather, I dont think it peaks as high. And I know the onset time is around 25-40 min..... thats almost too long for PWO...

    If its reconstituted (suspended, diluted whatever) its fine... but If you want to do it yourself thats cool too. As far as I know, MR uses AA which is the best to suspend IGF with. So cant go wrong there. IMO the sticky is outdated..... bad
