    yea xpand extreme is a great product, i blew the hell outta my porclein throne and and used like 12 rolls of tp during the first week, now it's back to normal. survive the initial onslaught and your golden. I'm trying out MP's Assault now has more of the same ingredients plus more that arn't in XX.

    lol sounds like something i could use, i workout in the mornings when i'm not at work, right before school. so i got plenty of cool down time, and Muscle Pharm's ZMA product Bulletproof has been doing wonders lately. It looks like i'm gonna be satisfied with my purchase. when it gets here of course.

    Muscle Pharm's Bulletproof didn't help me sleep because i don't have trouble falling a sleep, but it helps me STAY asleep, i mean this last week has been the best week of sleep in my life.

    i just started taking Xpand by Dymatize. There whey protein was the best tasting, one of the cheapest, and one of the cleanest i've had. And the product works great for focus (tunnel vision-ish). It does what i expected it to do, no more no less.

    check out Sci-Fits Kre-Alkalyn 1500 or Kreation (Kre-Alkalyn with some caffeine). The buffering on the kre-alkalyn helps for better absorption (not broken down in the stomach because of pH levels, more of the product makes it to the intestines.
