i workout 5 times a week usually and eat 4-6 meals per day. i guess you could say im trying to bulk but i eat extremely clean. nothing but eggwhites chicken breast turkey and lots of oats and wheat breads.
in the first pic i was about 180-185ish.
the latter 2 pics are recent, weighing just...
nolva has a pretty long half life if i remember correctly..you mine as well split it up, once in the morning once at night (to give you liver a break, etc) but all in all the dosages will be combined together in the end since of the half life

on last day of week 4 of SD myself. since week 4 has began i cant even run from my door to my car to avoid getting soaked by rain without getting a painful back pump. been doing nothing but sleeping since monday. def not worth it.
most of gains were made in week 2-3 anyway.
im doing a 10/20/20 cycle of SD, on day 2 as of right now.
i was curious about hitting things twice a week as well. i was thinking perhaps
day 1- chest/tris
day2-back/bis
day3-legs/shoulders
off
day5 -start over
maybe even split up day 3 and screw the rest day (assuming im feeling alright)...
