    700% more anabolic doesn't mean it builds 700% more muscle - simply that it takes seven times the amount of test as 1-test to introduce an anabolic state in the body. Pat Arnold said that somewhere.

    Straight 1-test alone is a bitch. Unless you have a shitload of ECA lying around, stacking it with 4-ad is probably the best idea. I was doing about 330mg a day and I would literally be falling asleep standing up. The joint aches were pretty bad, too.

    In my experience it's taken more than 4 days for there to be noticeable size or strength increases on pure 1-test. It's quite suppressive, too, so I don't think such cycles would do much good.

    You simply couldn't get enough to absorb with a single patch like that for there to be much of an effect at all, and pasting patches all over yourself will make you look a little odd. :p But pairing it with T-gel might prove promising. Will attempt this next cycle in about a month's time.
