    Shoulder injury

Shoulder issue is almost gone. I can do most exercises again. Now slowly loading it up again. Seems working out lightly and taking out exercises and a lot of fish oil and cummercin did it.

Gyms in Thailand open, because of the stringent lockdown before now things are better. Now working out in a new gym (moved to the center of Bangkok). Must say it is nice to be in a gym with good aircon. My only beef is that there is no station for dips. I hope things open up fast for you.

    Severe elbow and forearm tendinitus?

I too have noticed that rest does not always heals injuries. I had rotator cuff and inflamed tendons. First my right side and then my left. Now slowly its going away. But not training did not help. Training it did help but i did remove bench press and other exercises that hurt. But now slowly...

Seems like they are taking it quite seriously it sucks but its better then not doing anything. Here they kept the borders closed so i probably wont see my parents this year. Good thing is that the virus is really under control. They are still strict but no new cases (ok i have my doubts about...

That sucks, I am grateful that in Thailand they closed us down fast and hard. Now we are past the covid situation for the main part. From a distance it just looked like the US did not take covid serious. Had they responded a bit more harsh and a bit more early things would have been a lot...

Just be careful with your shoulder, i was pretty bullet proof for years im now 46. last year it all started. Now i do some corrective exercises and other stuff. A home gym is nice but it can never be as stocked as a commercial gym. I am missing out a bit on leg machines. Other then that with a...

    I let myself go.

Cardio is nice.. but diet is king. Just eat mainly unprocessed foods and a lot less then what you eat now. You need to change your lifestyle. You need to change what you eat for me its more salads and eggs for breakfast or yoghurt with protein and musli. But its mainly about eating less and...

I just have been in similar problems as you starting over. Not as bad as with you. Currently inflamed tendon in the shoulder. First the right shoulder.. took ages to heal. Then now the righ shoulder. Problem is you can't do much with shoulder injuries. Thanfully its not that bad right now. So I...

Corona sucks, thankfully in Thailand they locked us down good and made us all wear masks. That way we got it under control, and now gyms are open again. Much better response then in the USA where the numbers are rising because the public did not want to wear masks / change their habits. I hate...

    Shoulder injury

Already doing band work and things seem to improve. Just going to cut out DB press for a while. I might add incline DB press but right now im in a cut. Only want to hold on to some muscle so its not as if I need to do DB press. I might go for an MRI if it does not go away. My other side went...

    Shoulder injury

I probably have tendentious in my left shoulder. I only feel a slight pain if i do DB press and sometime when I mount my weights for DB shoulder press. During the exercise no pain. Now I am reading all kind of horror stories that if you keep working out it will get worse. It has not gotten worse...

    Looking to lose some fat.

Not sure why you need those things while traveling. I would get my diet in order fist and then training. I did that and after that I added a stack to help me lose weight. But its just a bit extra wont do a thing without a good diet. Also why are you buying MK677 as one of its side effects is...

    Sleep issues

Actually i use ZMA and probably tested all other things already. I mean i read up about my sleep issues extensively and its just hard some things are almost impossible to diagnose and cure. Tried it all best sleep i get from weed (occasionally) and other stuff that knocks me out. The problem is...

    Sleep issues

I have cut cafeine a few times as I have sleeping problems. I have gone weeks without cafeine but it does not help me much. For me the problem is not falling asleep its about not waking up at night. I wake up often during the dreaming stage of my sleep. Falling asleep is easy. If i use weed I...

Sure I understand I keep track of weight too as not to injure myself and track progression. My point was more that it would not take too long to get used to the new machines and knowing the weights. With machines it's a bit harder then with free weights that is why I prefer free weights where...

I hate cardio too. I always say I will but often dont. I wonder why your so worried about weights. I mean once you figure out what is heavy you can use that. The only times I worry about weights is when I do free weights. Anyway good luck with your training. Myself I'm a bit pissed off just...

Drinking small amounts of alcohol a couple times a week?

I don't get why there should not be talked about it. I think its an important topic. In my country you can make a living wil when your still sound of mind and then the doctors have to abide by it even family cant change it. I like how they help people die in my country not just withhold help...

Drinking small amounts of alcohol a couple times a week?

The poster below you put it there. .. they need votes from religious communities. Its not about killing yourself, its about the right to die. If i have cancer id like the DR to (actively not just withholding life support) assist in my death. That is something that is allowed in my country...

Drinking small amounts of alcohol a couple times a week?

Then why are things like euthanasia not allowed in the USA ? I mean its a personal belief if someone wants to die. That is my choice not the choice of some religious guy who says it should not be done. Where is the freedom to die ? Its taken away by religious fanatics. Sorry I think religion...
