You've probably dried your joints right out at those doses. Are you taking oils?

So true!!! I do really well all year round, but every single dam Nov/Dec it just slips. Now I'm 37 the decline just happens so much quicker if I do not keep on top of it.

I think one a year is the safest way, but even that I do wonder what the long term affects of that are.

6 weeks weeks sounds like the better number then. I'm not convinced on the high dose and then taper down either. Again from research and blood I've seen other users do, 20mg is enough. Any thoughts?

Secondly you do not loose your look. If you pct correctly and train correctly post cycle I say you keep a good look.
