Not necessarily. It could be due to the fact that activation via the "normal" routes (e.g. ampk) that metformin and exercise induces also has other functions that direct activation via ppard agonists doesn't, which counteract the carcinogen effect.
Dosage probably does play a role regardless...
Why? It's only been used in humans for a fraction of those 32 years and we have no idea or even any way of determining if anyone has gotten cancer as a result of cardarine usage. It's irresponsible misinformation.
Presumably it will have something to do with the fact that exercise and metformin upregulate ppard through ampk enzymes, which is a natural metabolism regulator, whilst ppard agonists like cardarine act on the receptor directly.
In any case the evidence that cardarine is carcinogenic is pretty...
If you look into what ppar-delta receptors do then it makes perfect sense. Certain cancers upregulate ppar-delta (i.e. the same thing cardarine does) and it promotes metastasis of cancer cells.

Plus how long has cardarine really been used by the bodybuilding community now? Like 15 years maybe? Yes, it's been around longer than that but in a laboratory setting - the general public didn't have access to cardarine in the 90's. That's not long enough to see any repercussions of cancer...
Cardarine is most likely cancerous in humans, that's why gsk stopped developing it. The mechanism by which ppar-delta agonists contribute to cancer is understood now and it's as applicable in humans as it is in rodents. The rodent studies were not flawed, by the way, they did exactly what they...
Yeah, unfortunately it's never going to be suitable as a mass market drug due to potential carcinogenesis, even if that potential was pretty mild so they dropped all interest in it.
It's not just cardarine either, all research in ppar-delta agonists has been dropped pretty much because they've...
Just going to point out that the whole thing about the rodent studies being flawed isn't correct. It's broscience that got perpetuated by sellers and guys on youtube etc. that don't understand how cancer studies work.
1) The dosage given to rats wasn't as high as people claim. You don't just...
I'm not sure why you think trt is the answer to this. Seems like what you actually want to do is a normal steroid cycle.
What you're proposing is shutting off your own testosterone production to replace it with exogenous testosterone for no reason whatsoever.
Probably. Their msten definitely did something so I don't see any reason why the epistane would be different. It was a while ago since I used them now though.
I buy all my gear from a ugl that has jano test their batches now though. So not really up to date with prohormones and sarms.
Reaching forward between my legs allows me to reach my arsehole with toilet paper. Don't think that would work for sticking a pin into my upper glute though.
Unfortunately I just cannot reach my glutes, I have tried. My shoulders are pretty beefy, feels like I could go in twice as deep before I got close to bone or anything. I'll maybe try not pushing the before in so far next time and see.
Weirdly, the day or so after my pin my skin on the shoulder...
