Little history I’ve ran a cycle of DMZ about a 2 years ago. I’m 206 trying to lean down and keep muscle gains.
Calorie deficit of 1750.
Cycle:
Halodrol 250mg 1 tab a day for 30 days
Oats-Plex 310mg 2 tabs a day for 30 days
Support: Tudca, Fish Oils, probably will use some estro block or...
I took 10mg pre workout and 10mg before I slept. I went from 225 in bench to 265. Did 185 in squat due to lower back strength and ended up at 285 x6 at week 4. I kept all my gains but I didn’t mix creatine and DAA with my post workout along with my serms.
When you ran Osta how’d you take it? Probably gonna take 20mg but it says to take 2 in the morning nothing about spacing it out. Just curious if this is accurate or should I be taking one morning and one at night. Or one before preworkout then one later at night?
I’ve heard osta help keep gains while cutting but does it help you get bigger at all? I have no problem adding weight (slow metabolism) just curious if I’d be better off with maybe LGD and maybe have the epi taper off the water weight and what not. Just curious of your opinion. Love getting cut...
