I'm not sure. There is limited research and even more limited reviews as far as solo supplements. It seems like a "throw it in there supp, with a bunch of others"

Anyone else on this topic? So far on a clean diet with 1 cheat meal end of day a week I've actually sustained my weight with lifting and cardio while cutting down fat. This could be my genetics, can not be my diet as I'm caloric deficit right now.
I agree. I'm not sure why others have used it to treat gyno - it may be marketing schemes from companies in the forums.
Obviously DOSAGE matters when it comes to AI and results I have seen in reports concerning this supplement. Some it brings down 15 points, others more.
