    Since this post I’ve made it up to 225 at my max weight and have been staying 195 - 200lbs consistently at 10-12 bfp. No longer working out 3x a day as I was in college at the time, but still hitting the gym 3-4x a week.

    Hollow points but it’s sighted in on reloads. So we don’t change the ammo up in it. We make ours a little hotter than store bought.

    Invalid Link RemovedInvalid Link Removed .223 custom hydro dipped. Being a savage axis you can leave the mag in while it’s dismantled. Came out beautifully and was used for hunting. Problem being it’s such a fast round it cauterizes the exit wound. Deer just run off to not be seen for a week.

    I’m 169lbs and 6’3 I want to be 200lbs hopefully by end of year. I have about 8% bf, so I’m ok with gaining fat with it. I don’t expect it to be all muscle, yes 30ish lbs is going to be hard. I’m a “hard gainer” last time I gained nice weight I was force eating 4500-5000cal.

    My diet could use a little more work, I’ve got my training down I believe, I’ve never ran legit anabolics, I’ve stuck with sarms and PHs. Ive been thinking about seeing how the Tr3n effects me by itself before adding it in to my stack

    Day1-3 sorry I’ve been busy with work. Starting out with 10mg of both rad140 and lgd4033. Day 1 not much difference, but didn’t expect it to kick in yet Day 2 notice a faster recovery time from my workout. Arms and chest day no significant gain in strength. Day 3 lower body.

    I plan to take Ligandrol 4033 - 10mg Rad140 - 10mg I am going to run this for 2 months and PCT with Tamoxifen. I am going to be logging with pictures and video. I haven’t seen actual visual results of this stack only numbers. My beginning stats are: Weight-180 Height- 6’2 BFP- Roughly 15%
