I do this myself. Just came off a bull. And didn't like the water weight. Abs didn't disappear, but definately looked less. Except first thing in the mourning. But now, 2 weeks and no test. I can see a big difference.- Ivery

I believe being new was the main problem. Maybe the air added some extra also. But I'm glad now it's fairly mild discomfort. And not hot, heart beating pain. Lol -
