I use a whey protein and typically have 40g in the morning with skim milk. Then once I get all the nasty excess fat trimmed off, I can amp up my lifting...

    I don't know what you mean by macros. 3 meals a day because that's all my schedule allows. On weekends I could eat 5 smaller ones, but working M-F, 8-5, I get one lunch hour. I am sensitive to carbs, I tend to retain way too much water when I eat any kind of starch, so I prefer a lower carb...

    My guy loves my curves. He's also an @$$ man. I told him I want to lose about 20 lbs, (i'm 5'7" and 150lbs at the moment, down from 202) he said "just don't lose the @$$" lol. He loves to work out and he tells me i'm gorgeous the way I am but he supports me working out and trying to get more...
