    FORMERON 2024

I think it could use a little more. As others have mentioned above, I just added a cap of letrone per day.

    FORMERON 2024

So stacking Formeron with a test booster that contains resveratrol wouldn’t be ideal? I had alpha gel and sustain alpha in mind.

    FORMERON 2024

Merry Christmas everyone. After 15 days of Formeron I just want to say WHOA 1. Pumps all day, weight is up 2/3lbs, noticeable strength increase 2. A lot of solution compared to other topicals but it dries super quick 3. Feels like a super strong test booster. Alpha male feeling, workout drive...

Seeking Amateur Natural Bodybuilding Competition Posing Tips

Preferably I pick poses I like or think showcase my physique the best. It’s also the best time for the photographer to snap photos of you. So if you want any photos of you in a specific pose your individual routine is a good time for that as well.

Seeking Amateur Natural Bodybuilding Competition Posing Tips

I usually pick about 10 poses or so, pick a song, and then I figure out how to transition from pose 1 to pose 2, then pose 2 to pose 3 etc. on rhythm to the song.

    SNS stack

I started taking PA earlier this year and now it’s a staple supplement for me. I absolutely love the pumps and fullness(noticeably different within a week) I get with it. Over time it’s helped with strength too, but not a drastic change as I saw with the pumps/fullness. I’ll be interested to...

    NASM vs ISSA

It’s awesome your wife wants to get into this industry. With her passion, I have no doubt she’ll help change lives. There are CPT courses(certified personal trainer) and then they’re specialty certifications offered as continuing education. Her ISSA or NASM certification will provide the...

    NASM vs ISSA

I’ve been certified through both and they’re both good certifications that will provide a good level of overall fitness knowledge. Is your wife looking for anything specific? Like sports training? Corrective exercise? A gym job?

Perfect Form vs Touch & Go training

Having better control of a movement in theory should place more tension on the working muscle which is exactly what you want for bodybuilding. However, as Smont stated, taking such a long time(7-8 seconds) to complete a rep may be counterproductive. It’s the law of diminishing returns. Play...

Calorie intake as you are getting older?

I’ll be 41 in a few months and my calorie ranges (bulks, cuts, maintenance) have been relatively the same since I started keeping track of calories about 14 years ago. I bulk on at least 3500 calories per day. I can get shredded eating 2000 calories per day. If I eat around 3000 calories, I...

    Phosphatidic Acid

What brands of PA have you tried? I’ve never used it but would like to give it a go. Any recommendations?

    Massage gun

All by itself. Just plug it in and wax on wax off lol. Here’s a YouTube video with some lifers using it. Invalid Link Removed Thank you! That is me in my avatar. I’d still like to be bigger but who doesn’t lol

    Massage gun

If you really want to save some money, you could buy a car buffer. Sounds crazy, but it gets used as a massager 4x as much as the hyperbolt at my gym. They’re also only $25.

Is Anterior Pelvic Tilt the Root of All Evil?

Been there before and it’s not fun. My anterior tilt resulted in me straining my hamstrings very easily during a deadlift or a leg curl. What helped me is stretching my low back (happy baby stretch), my hip flexors(lunge/warrior stretch), and my adductors(frog stretch). I can’t say for sure...

    Maintaining lean mass while injured

There’s some good answers in this thread. Creatine and unilateral training have worked for me in the past, but if you’re only off 2-3 weeks I wouldn’t worry too much. Chances are, assuming you’re back healthy, you’ll regain your strength in 1-2 weeks after being off 2-3 weeks.

Anyone have a Home Sauna ?

Yeah I can imagine as it’s pretty hot with your head poking out. I’d recommend them though. They’re solid for the price and they fold up so they don’t have to take up a lot of space.

Anyone have a Home Sauna ?

I have this type of sauna at home. Love it. I use it several times a week post workout. Even had to replace the zipper lol. Personally, I think it helps with my endurance and recovery as long as I properly hydrate afterwards.
