My first cycle was hexadrone for 4 weeks. I believe 3 caps a day. My PCT was a test booster and a weaker AI. Gained about 4-5lb. I lost everything but the veins that popped up...hoping for more with this stack. The only thing that worries me in this stack is YK. I heard it’s tricky...anyway...

Yes I’ve had a confirmed X-ray. My outermost Sesamoid on my left foot is completely shattered so healing is far fetched. I’ve tried cortisone shots, and every other thing I can do just about. Surgery is tricky and I’d rather stay away from it.

Oooooooook guys I think I’ll wait and stick to creatine and protein. I’ve Just about maxed out on all my lifts and seemingly my build. Nutrition is nowhere where it needs to be to break the plateau. Maybe that’s where I’ll start.
