Is it beneficial to do a combo of back and front squats i.e doing 3 sets back followed by 3 sets front or would it be better to do back squats one week and then front squats the next and switch off.

One thing i have to say about this stuff is i did take some significant time off of lifting probably 2-3weeks in total and my lifts have stayed at the same weight or increased by 5-10lb so maybe there is something to it. Have not noticed any suppression whatsoever.
On my second bottle upped it to 4 a day took some time off hurt my neck. But still not sure if this stuff works. Not feeling anything notable as i have with other things. Anyone else run this stuff yet?
Yeah sooo turns out i thought my caps were.5 they were.7 so i was. Actually taking 10.5g doses instead of the 7g dose i thought i was taking. Still felt great though.
